This album is basically me putting my foot down and deciding to release some darn music after sitting on so much for so long. The title is a legal term I've grown fond of which basically means "Don't necessarily forget about everything I just said, but know that this next thing is very true and important." It's a little bit of old from me and a little bit of new, and some really good friends helped make it even better and more fun to put together. Cheers to all who choose to give it a listen, and I can't wait to show you the next one!
